Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Our shipping costs are sold based on weight and location. Each item is weighed and entered into the system, which then shipping is calculated by how far the packaged item is going. Our balsamic are naturally heavier than oils, therefore they cost more to ship.

If you received a package that was damaged in transit, please be sure to take photos. Our packages are fully insured, we do submit them to our shipping providers. We do not give refunds or resend out packages without proof of damage.

If your address is unverified, we will always call you to check the address given. We highly recommend not sending anything to an unverified address. If the package is shipped (at your approval) we are no longer responsible if it goes missing or becomes damaged. You must contact the shipment service yourself and create a claim. If you want a replacement package, you will need to place another order.

If you have a lost or stolen package, unfortunately it is out of our hands. Once you place an order through us and we send it out, you will receive an email from our third party shipper. In that email, you are provided with a tracking number and information on which shipping provider it is traveling through. A lost or stolen package is something you have to contact the shipping provider for. They will help locate the package with the tracking number. If they find your package was stolen, they will reimburse you for the amount you spent - given you provide proof of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Returns Information:
Products are not returnable. If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please call customer service at (480) 939-7200. They will be happy to discuss your options with you.

 

Any order can be cancelled only before packing and the refund with be processed for the same.
