By entering the farm premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording and its/their release, publication and reproduction for use in promotional and marketing materials for Fortuitous Farms.
By entering these premises and/or tagging Fortuitous Farms on social platforms, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with these images/recordings. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Fortuitous Farms or the person or entity designated to do so by Fortuitous Farms.
